Kunsthal Aarhus presents the exhibition Files by Aarhus Art Prize winner, Tora Schultz. This marks the first time that Kunsthal Aarhus hosts the winner of the Solo Prize, making it a truly unique event.
In her artistic practice, Tora Schultz is dedicated to challenging our habitual and familiar understanding of the world around us. She achieves this by transforming everyday objects that we associate with fixed meanings. By destabilizing these associations, Schultz opens up new and surprising ways of exploring gender, power relations, rights, and political positions.
The exhibition at Kunsthal Aarhus is Schultz’s first major solo presentation in Aarhus.
